Feedback & Complaints

Your Voice Matters at Great Southern Grammar

At Great Southern Grammar, we value your experience and are committed to listening. Whether you have feedback or a complaint, your opinion helps us grow and improve.

Here is how they differ:
Feedback is any constructive comment, suggestion or observation that helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.

A complaint is a formal expression of dissatisfaction about a specific issue, decision or experience that you believe requires attention, investigation, or resolution.

Both are important to us; feedback helps us grow and complaints help us address concerns fairly and respectfully.

• If you would like to share feedback, please select the Feedback option.
• If you have a complaint, please select the Complaint option.

We encourage you to review our Parent and Student Complaints Policy, which outlines our commitment to resolving concerns and the process we follow to ensure fair and respectful outcomes.

Thank you for helping us to continually improve our school community.

Great Southern Grammar acknowledges that the land upon which we learn, play and grow is Menang land, whose traditional custodians are the Noongar people. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge that their sovereignty was never ceded.
